Absolutely NO RETURNS after "30 days". You must call 937-323-1932 and you will be issued a return authorization number, be sure this number is visibly displayed on the out side of the package and enclose a copy of the original invoice with the merchandise. All returns must be "PRE-PAID SHIPPING" and FULLY INSURED. We DO NOT ACCEPT collect shipments or UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All items must be resalable! Any item that has been bolted on, modified, painted or otherwisedeemed used will be refused. Electrical and special order items are not returnable.
